I offer therapy services via Telehealth in the state of Tennessee. For individuals outside of the state of Tennessee, please see my coaching page.

Session fees:

• Initial Session/Evaluation (90 minutes): $250

• Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes): $200

• EMDR (90 minutes): $250

I do not accept insurance, but I provide my clients with superbills to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.

I never want cost to be a barrier to getting support. If my rates do not fit into your budget, I offer sliding scale rates. Please reach out to me for more information.
